Fixing It The Right Way

If the door has swollen, we plane down the high spot instead of forcing the door to close, which just cracks the frame over time. If it's the hinges, we reset and tighten them first since that's the easier fix.

Window Seals And Weatherstripping

Old or cracked weatherstripping is behind most drafty windows. We replace it along with any glazing that has dried out and started to crack.

Screens And Hardware

Torn screens get rehung with new screening material, and stuck or broken window locks and cranks get replaced so the window opens and closes the way it should.
