How We Wash Windows

We scrub each pane with a soft cleaning pad soaked in a mild soap solution first. This loosens dirt and bug residue before a squeegee ever touches the glass.

The Squeegee Pass

We pull the squeegee in one long, overlapping stroke instead of short choppy ones. Short strokes are what leave the streaks you usually see on windows washed at home.

Screens And Tracks

Screens come out and get rinsed separately so dust and pollen don't just blow back onto a clean window. Tracks get wiped or vacuumed out too, since dirty tracks are the first thing people notice up close.

Why We Avoid Direct Sun

Cleaning solution dries too fast in direct sunlight and leaves spots behind before we can squeegee it off. We work in the shade or early in the day whenever we can.

Interior Windows

Drop cloths go down before we start, and we work carefully around furniture and blinds so nothing gets bumped or wet.
